Working in the art field since studying for a degree in Visual Cultures, Kate began painting from the outset which then developed into creating her own designs for stationery and textiles.  Although her love for colour and child- like inspirations remain in spirit from her previous artistic endeavours, today, her works are a little more tame.  Kate's small pieces are greatly influenced by domesticity in one form or another.

Time spent in the kitchen, if not with produce, baking and concocting, then with silver tubes of acrylic.
